Ginger Snap

      Ginger Snap starts out in a flatter, rigid waterlily form (as listed by Swan Island), and when the bloom ages it morphs into a more decorative round shape. Color also can be gold-ish, and sometimes more mango-orange-peachy. The way it changes is fascinating to me.
