Bloomquist Joyous

      Although listed as a peony form of dahlia (having open centers) by North Cascade, we expected to see an open center...except all but the first bloom were full and closed for us. It is quite pretty, at times looking waterlily like, or informally decorative.

Colors: Bicolored, pinks, white? maybe a slight fade to white on occasion. or wolf petal.
