   Sprouted just slightly wrinkly

 Like many of us, as a new growers years ago, big box store dahlias is were where we started. At that time I bought Fire & Ice and my husband just loved it. Well....it got crown gall and is long since gone (thankfully grown in a container) But when we purchased Bloomquist Dyn-O-Mite from North Cascade, I had the look or Fire & Ice in mind, and I think its was even more fanciful and  fun.
